Why Gold Dome

We provide efficiency.

Gold Dome’s services are perfect for companies that don’t have, want to pay for, or need a fulltime in house legal resource, but need business and legal guidance from someone who has had the responsibility of managing a company’s legal matters and has deep business experience.

Companies that have an in-house counsel also find Gold Dome a great way to include an additional support resource, without the additional head count and G&A expense.

We’ve been there.

There are many good options for companies. The best choice is someone who knows how companies work from the inside and from first-hand experience. Many lawyers can only offer their law firm services – very few can say that they’ve been in your shoes. With our previous companies we’ve dealt with employees, boards, budgets, litigation and transactions from a business perspective – and we’ve managed outside law firms. Unlike most law firm attorneys, we understand and appreciate your concerns because we’ve had them and fixed them ourselves.

We understand.

We understand the issues you face every day. We also understand that you need to operate within corporate budget constraints because we’ve done so as well. Likewise, we’ve guided CEO’s and Boards through difficult and complicated times. We bridge the gap between the need to have the legal expertise and the urge not to contact your law firm on all issues because you’re concerned with the billable hours and expense it could create.

Because we’ve worked with executives and have actually run companies from the business and executive side, we distinctly understand the issues you face. Ultimately, we know the best ways to support a business through its corporate life, and how our legal solutions can help your company.
